POF shrink film is strong and flexible, but softer than PVC film. POF film is also highly tear resistant with superior optical properties. The film has an excellent gloss and sparkle with low haze and crystal clear clarity for enhanced appearance and product appeal.
POF is "smoke free" and meets FDA specifications for direct food contact. The film has a high burnout resistance so there are NO deposits on sealing wires. The strong skintight film extends the shelf life of products and also protects these products from dust, moisture, & oil damage. Moreover, the film will protect from pilfering as it provides a tamper proof package. Our POF film shrinks best between 300°F-338°F (150-170º C) with MD and TD of 60%.
